How SPOILS works

Buy Banners. Compete for the Thrones. Carry your tokens home.

The launch is a countdown

A launch starts with 60:00 on the clock. Every buy adds 60 seconds, capped at 60:00. The first time the clock is at or under 15:00 the cap drops to 15:00 permanently: this is the endgame window, and it can't be exited. The launch ends the moment the clock reaches 0:00. Fifteen quiet minutes and it's over.

Example: the clock sits near 60:00 while buys keep coming. A quiet spell drops it to 14:30. The cap is now 15:00 forever. A buy at 14:30 sets it to 15:00; every buy from then on adds 1:00 up to 15:00.

Buying

Pay ETH, get Banners. Minimum buy is 0.004 ETH (one “unit”). Banners per ETH follow a curve: 1 / (1 + raised / 20 ETH), integrated across your buy. Early buyers get more Banners per ETH; the price is twice its starting level at 20 ETH raised. When the clock hits zero, Banners turn into the token pro-rata and are pushed to your wallet.

Every buy's ETH is split the same way:

A referral code adds +5% Banners to the buyer and +5% to the referrer, minted on top. Registering a code costs 1 unit (0.004 ETH), paid to the $SPOILS Keep. Get a code.

The four Thrones

Last Stand

40% of the War Chest

the last three buys before 0:00

Raids

25% of the War Chest

most Might at the end

Hold the Wall

20% of the War Chest

longest streak of consecutive buys

Rally

15% of the War Chest

most buys in the endgame

Thrones are scored on endgame-window activity only and settle once, when the clock hits 0:00. Each pays its top 3 at 4:2:1 from its share of the War Chest, in ETH, automatically. One wallet can place in more than one Throne. A place with no eligible winner sends that prize to the token's Keep.

Worked example: 100 ETH raised → War Chest 20 ETH. Last Stand 8 ETH pays 4.57 / 2.29 / 1.14. Raids 5 ETH pays 2.86 / 1.43 / 0.71. Hold the Wall 4 ETH pays 2.29 / 1.14 / 0.57. Rally 3 ETH pays 1.71 / 0.86 / 0.43.

Raids (endgame only)

Might is earned 1:1 with Banners from your own endgame buys. Every raid action is itself a buy of at least one unit: it earns Banners, extends the clock, routes like any buy, then applies its effect. No referral bonus on raids.

Plunder 1 unit

Take 10% of the target's Might, capped at 10× your own. Takes the Crown if they hold it.

Fortify 10 units

Immune to Plunder for 30 minutes. Retaliate still goes through.

Retaliate 1 unit

Hit the last wallet that plundered you for 2× what they took, same cap. Consumes the record so it can't repeat.

Crown 50 units

Hold the Crown: your buys earn 1.5× Might. Anyone who plunders you takes it.

When the clock hits zero

Everything is automatic: no creator action, no claim. Settlement is permissionless; the SPOILS keeper calls it within seconds, and anyone can if the bot is down.

No team allocation, no creator allocation, no reserve. The creator's only tokens are what their 0.05 ETH opening buy earned in Banners.

After the launch

Creating a launch

Pick a name, ticker, image, links, total supply and tax. Pay the 0.05 ETH opening buy — it's credited as the first buy, not a fee. One launch is live at a time; the rest wait in a FIFO queue, one queued launch per wallet. A creator can cancel a queued launch for a full refund until it starts. Create one.

$SPOILS

Launch #1, 1,000,000,000 supply, same rules as every launch. Its Keep receives 3% of every launch's ETH, half of every token's trading tax, every referral registration, its own 47%, its own pool fees and its own redemption fees. No staking, no emissions. See the Keep.
